Rainy day

Chicago weather can be unpredictable so you need to be at all times ready. Weathermen will tell you it's going to be sunny day, next thing you know water and tennis-size-ice-balls are falling from the sky on your lovely attire. Ughr!!! Food y'all...

Since I'm home alone and don't have to feed my other carnivore, I'm treating my mouth to a meatless dinner... We usually watch Dancing with the Stars on Monday and Tuesday nights with my mother in-law, so she'll be keeping me company and the dogs -  Maya and Cody. Yep, so that's my closest family: Paul, his Mom next door and 200 lb of  German Shepherd. But for now it's just me and pasta and salad, NO meat. Happy happy
